Mission Statement
To win championships by developing elite athletes through a holistic training system. The athletic development program will allow each individual athlete to reach their own genetic potential by improving all aspects of performance. The system will be structured to include all facets of athletic development and the potential reduction of injuries.
Program Philosophy
The philosophy of the program is based on the idea that training for strength and explosiveness in the weight room will directly carry over to success in all sports. Every session will be approached with maximum effort and intensity. Athletes will be expected to bring the same focus to each training session as they would for their own sport-specific practices. We will train for elite speed, strength, and power.
