The Fighting Irish boys volleyball team hosted the Irish Invite to start the season with teams representing the top teams in Indiana and Kentucky. From the IBVCA coaches poll, teams ranked first through fourth all participated as well as the top two teams from Kentucky. The Irish meet the challenge and went 4-0 to bring home the hardware!

Cathedral defeated North Central (25-16, 25-9) and Trinity, KY (25-21, 25-21) to advance to the gold pool. In the final round the Irish defeated Roncalli (20-25, 25-22, 15-10) and Fishers (13-25, 25-15, 15-12) to take first place in the pool.

The boys volleyball team has a busy week ahead hosting Roncalli on Tuesday and Carmel on Wednesday, traveling to Herron Thursday, and finishing the week at the Fishers March Madness Tournament.
