Favorite CHS FB Memories: The easiest answer would be the 2006 state championship season, it was the first time I was part of a state championship team. My mother’s favorite holiday was Thanksgiving and after every game I would call home to tell my dad the score. When she realized I would miss Thanksgiving, she was not happy. But when we won, she asked me to buy my ring for me. So that ring means the world to me, now. But the truth is that the opportunity to help our athletes reach their full potential in and out of the classroom is better than any game. The first was because of the rich tradition of CHS, not just football and sports, but also because of the academic excellence. The Irish Community is close and is great. I had a friend Adell Means whose son Shiloh was playing here and I saw the benefit that Shiloh got from CHS and also the benefit of having student-athletes like Shiloh make CHS special. The football program is legendary and I wanted to be a part of it and after meeting with Coach Peebles who is one of three coaches I would want to coach with, it was a “no brainer” for me.
